El análisis se empleó enfoques que abordan el liderazgo en las escuelas como factor transformador de interacciones sociales y pedagógicas, que aprecian la diversidad y promueven la participación mediante el despliegue de múltiples liderazgos, para lograr que la escuela sea un espacio inclusivo.
