El artículo analiza las percepciones sobre la implementación de la Ley de Inclusión Escolar en un grupo de directores/as que participó en un curso de liderazgo y desempeñan sus funciones en dos regiones de la zona central de Chile. El análisis se empleó enfoques que abordan el liderazgo en las escuelas como factor transformador de interacciones sociales y pedagógicas, que aprecian la diversidad y promueven la participación mediante el despliegue de múltiples liderazgos, para lograr que la escuela sea un espacio inclusivo.
