In this process the training that the teacher has received is redefined and reset in a continual reprocessing and problematizing process.

El presente artículo acude a la narrativa para mostrar las complejas relaciones que rodean la configuración del ser docente desde las experiencias vividas, en las cuales el maestro, el contexto socio-cultural, los saberes, el ambiente institucional y los sujetos estudiantes constituyen líneas que se cruzan, se tejen y se redefinen.
