El presente artículo de reflexión es un intento por describir los diferentes modos como se han gobernado los maestros que integran la red pedagógica Maestros en Colectivo, un equipo pedagógico, que en el marco del Seminario de Formación Permanente, se han dedicado a la reflexión e investigación de los Ambientes de Aprendizaje en el Aula (AAA), a reconocer y visibilizar unas maneras singulares de ser maestro, congruentes con la racionalidad contemporánea, en la que se instalan unos modos de existencia que regulan las maneras de subjetivación de los individuos y colectivos.
