As a result of the process, it is evident that teachers currently have the attitude and the ability to investigate, all that remains is to incentivize, guide and empower the various actors.

El propósito del artículo es reflexionar acerca del oficio de ser maestro en la actualidad, partiendo de un ejercicio investigativo en el cual participaron instituciones educativas de Caldas y Risaralda; busca resaltar aquellos resultados que evidencian a un maestro o maestra y de paso a instituciones educativas que investigan las prácticas y generan un nuevo conocimiento alrededor de la estructuración y desarrollo de una cultura institucional para el emprendimiento y la empresarialidad (en adelante CIEE). Como resultado del proceso se evidencia que los maestros actualmente sí tienen la actitud y la habilidad de investigar, solo falta lograr que se incentiven, orienten y empoderen a los diversos actores.
