El presente artículo expone una propuesta que permite utilizar al cómic como recurso didáctico en las aulas de clase. El estudio tomó como punto de partida una pregunta específica: ¿De qué manera el cómic, como recurso didáctico, permite la enseñanza de la literatura en los estudiantes de Básica Primaria? Para contestarla se empleó la metodología del paradigma cualitativo-interpretativo, con un diseño de investigación-acción; las técnicas e instrumentos utilizados fueron la observación participante, entrevistas no estructuradas y el diseño de la unidad didáctica.
