The study was divided into four phases, which contemplated qualitative and quantitative approaches, favoring documentary analysis and field work, and included the raising of a baseline with approximately 19,000 participating teachers and students, results that contributed to the participatory construction of the guidelines of a socio-educational program of comprehensive sexuality education and the formulation of pedagogical tools for its implementation. |

Este artículo recoge el ejercicio investigativo adelantado entre los años 2016 a 2019, en el marco de los convenios interadministrativos celebrados por la Secretaría de Educación del Distrito (SED) y el Instituto para la Investigación Educativa y el Desarrollo Pedagógico (IDEP), con el propósito de dar cumplimiento a las metas institucionales del Programa de Prevención y Atención de la Maternidad y la Paternidad Tempranas, al igual que conocer a profundidad este fenómeno, las dinámicas propias de los contextos escolares en el tema, y contribuir a la construcción de un programa en educación para la sexualidad que diera respuesta a las problemáticas y necesidades identificadas. El estudio se dividió en cuatro fases que contemplaron los enfoques cualitativo y cuantitativo, privilegiando el análisis documental y el trabajo de campo, e incluyó el levantamiento de una línea de base con aproximadamente 19 000 docentes y estudiantes participantes; resultados que aportaron en la construcción participativa de los lineamientos de un programa socioeducativo de educación integral en sexualidad y a la formulación de herramientas pedagógicas para su implementación.
