description This article addresses the history of the pedagogical network "Maestros en Colectivo", in order to describe how the research work has been naturalized in pedagogical discourses and practices. It is emphasized that this phenomenon is not only presented as a narrative specific to teachers and pedagogical networks, but also as a mode of subjectivation that intensified from the second half of the twentieth century. The text proposes a perspective that analyzes the naturalization of the investigative exercise among teachers, suggesting the possibility of denaturalizing it and questioning its incursion. The methodological process included the identification of sources, thematization, indexing and the determination of spaces and relationships. The summary concludes by highlighting that the research work has been installed among disputes, configuring the "teacher-researcher" as the guiding truth of pedagogical work. It also underlines the possibility of emancipation by proposing alternatives of subjectivation or consciously accepting its constitution. Ultimately, the article not only seeks to intervene in the school, pedagogical and educational reality, but also to produce knowledge that contributes to the problematization of the investigative work of teachers in the public school in Bogota.

El presente artículo de reflexión aborda la historia de la red pedagógica “Maestros en Colectivo”, para describir cómo el quehacer investigativo se ha naturalizado, en los discursos y las prácticas pedagógicas. Se destaca que este fenómeno no solo se presenta como una narrativa propia de los maestros y redes pedagógicas, sino también como un modo de subjetivación que se intensificó a partir de la segunda mitad del siglo XX. El texto propone una perspectiva que analiza la naturalización del ejercicio investigativo entre los maestros, sugiriendo la posibilidad de desnaturalizarlo y cuestionar su incursión. El proceso metodológico incluyó la identificación de fuentes, tematización, fichaje y la determinación de espacios y relaciones. El resumen concluye destacando que el quehacer investigativo se ha instalado entre disputas, configurando al "maestro investigador" como verdad orientadora del trabajo pedagógico. Además, subraya la posibilidad de emancipación al proponer alternativas de subjetivación o aceptar conscientemente su constitución. En última instancia, el artículo no solo busca intervenir en la realidad escolar, pedagógica y educativa, sino también producir un saber que contribuya a la problematización del quehacer investigativo de los maestros en la escuela pública bogotana.
