The writing takes into account the information provided by the systematization of the process of accompaniment to the directors of these schools and the reflections of the work team in charge of strengthening the curricula of the 138 ENS. The methodological process developed was based on the application of the socio-critical paradigm, the historical-hermeneutical approach and the content analysis of documents. The results and discussion points presented highlight the production of pedagogical and educational knowledge, the identification of the educational perspective adopted in Colombia when the ENS were created and teacher training began, the technical rationality that guides the management of the ENS, and the educational research developed in and on these institutions. It is concluded that training in the ENS recognizes the diverse social contexts and offers responses to the problems present in the territory, recognizing and respecting traditional and ancestral knowledge and practices, a fact that has led to the construction of own knowledge, which integrates the knowledge scientific, technological, and traditional. |

Esta iniciativa de investigación tuvo como antecedente el acompañamiento que hizo la Universidad a las ENS colombianas con el fin de apoyar la cualificación de las prácticas y los saberes pedagógicos en estas instituciones. El escrito tiene en cuenta la información que arrojó la sistematización del proceso de acompañamiento a los directivos de estas escuelas y las reflexiones del equipo de trabajo encargado del fortalecimiento curricular de las 138 ENS. El proceso metodológico desarrollado se basó en la aplicación del paradigma sociocrítico, el enfoque histórico-hermenéutico y el análisis de contenido de documentos. Los resultados y puntos de discusión presentados destacan la producción de conocimiento pedagógico y educativo, la identificación de la perspectiva de educación adoptada en Colombia cuando se crearon las ENS e inició la formación de maestros, la racionalidad técnica que orienta la gestión de las ENS, y la investigación educativa desarrollada en y sobre estas instituciones. Se concluye que la formación en las ENS reconoce los diversos contextos sociales y ofrece respuestas a las problemáticas presentes en el territorio, reconociendo y respetando los saberes y prácticas tradicionales y ancestrales, hecho que ha conducido a la construcción de conocimiento propio, que integra los saberes científicos, tecnológicos y tradicionales.
