But, in order to face this, some teacher networks in Bogotá break with this orientation, opt for the collective, embrace the territory, form political subjects and reflect on their work, among other proactive resistances.

Este artículo trata sobre los procesos de regulación social y el control docente, asuntos que tienden a instrumentalizarlo, a fragmentar la práctica pedagógica e instituir la meritocracia que fortalece el individualismo. La teoría del capital humano orienta la política educativa provocando transformaciones en la escuela, en el maestro y en los fines de la educación, incorporando un lenguaje y prácticas mercantiles.
