Este artículo trata sobre los procesos de regulación social y el control docente, asuntos que tienden a instrumentalizarlo, a fragmentar la práctica pedagógica e instituir la meritocracia que fortalece el individualismo. La teoría del capital humano orienta la política educativa provocando transformaciones en la escuela, en el maestro y en los fines de la educación, incorporando un lenguaje y prácticas mercantiles. Pero, frente a ello, algunas redes magisteriales en Bogotá establecen rupturas con dicha orientación, apuestan por lo colectivo, abrazan el territorio, forman sujetos políticos y reflexionan sobre su quehacer, entre otras resistencias proactivas.
