description The document proposes a critical approach to the political tendencies that demarcate the teaching reality in Colombia from 2010 to 2018, integrated into the perspective of the teaching task under the theories of resistance. This makes it possible to visualize the strategies of political participation of teachers and the necessary discussion on teacher training within a more dialogical socio-economical and cultural framework between communities. Finally, it proposes the conditions to exercise teaching from a certain integral policy as a strategy of improvement that links the teaching being within the priorities of the political field.

El documento plantea un acercamiento crítico a las tendencias políticas que demarcan la realidad docente en Colombia, integrado a la perspectiva del quehacer docente bajo las teorías de la resistencia. Ello permite visibilizar las estrategias de participación política de los maestros y la necesaria discusión sobre la formacióndocente dentro de un marco socioeconómico y cultural más dialógico entre las comunidades. Finalmente, propone las condiciones para ejercer la docencia desde cierta política integral como una estrategia de mejoramiento que vincula al ser docente dentro de las prioridades del campo político.
