Zusammenfassung:This text presents some thoughts based on results of the Kiva Pedagogical project that arises from the participation of teachers from the Chisua networks (a group of Colombian teachers) and the Popular Communication Network (a group of teachers, experts and social leaders in Latin America) in the cartographic / social survey processes of educational experiences in the territory where the relationship of frontier environmental knowledge that is woven around the City and the Region in cultural-communicative dialogue was explored through the experiences of regional teachers and knowers in this case in Boyacá. The guiding question: What are the educommunicative actions that characterize teachers or environmental knowers in territorial contexts and their migratory flows such as those proposed by the city-region relationship? It implies exploring from some results of this research, the dynamics that are being unleashed in a context of conflict, post-agreement and internal and Venezuelan migration that has created border environmental knowledge in training practices in Boyacá.
