El presente artículo se deriva de un proyecto de investigación de maestría, que busca analizar cómo la relación familia-escuela aporta al fortalecimiento del cuidado de los niños y niñas del grado transición de la Institución Sol de Oriente, Medellín. Se orientó desde un paradigma cualitativo, a través de un estudio de caso como estrategia metodológica para comprender el fenómeno del cuidado de un grupo de familias hacia sus hijos, quienes participaron voluntariamente en el proceso, con el fin de fortalecer sus aprendizajes y sus prácticas del cuidado.
