Summary:This article is derived from a master's research project that sought to analyze how the family-school relationship contributes to the strengthening of the care of children in the transition grade of the Sol de Oriente Institution, Medellin. It was oriented from a qualitative paradigm, through a case study as a methodological strategy to understand the phenomenon of care of a group of families towards their children who voluntarily participated in the process, to strengthen their learning and care practices.
