Sumario:Educational services to children and young people in vulnerable situations do not receive the same educational quality to get the goals of the National English Program in Colombia. The objective of this study is to strengthen the Writing skills of students in vulnerability situation in the city of Bucaramanga- Colombia, using the Jclic tool. A quantitative research design was set up by configuring a control group and an experimental group with 53 students to establish the effectiveness of the experiment which was established by generating an inclusive learning environment with technological mediation where learning is assisted by computer. The reported results were developed in the SPSS software, using a multivariate analysis of variance with covariance, it is concluded that there are significant differences between the results of the control group and the experimental group in the posttest for written production (p = 0,012).
