At the same time, an activation of the epigenetic mechanisms of being is proposed, within its educational work to change, connect and resonate positively in the school. Finally, from a hermeneutic perspective, six cases of innovative teachers who have achieved processes of reflection, proposition and transformation in the school are analyzed, which allow to evidence epigenetic processes in education. |

El presente artículo, se presenta como una reflexión educativa sobre la necesidad imperante de iniciar procesos de transformación pedagógica que redunden en una educación de calidad, acorde con las necesidades del contexto nacional del momento. Se aborda la temática de transformación y la importancia de la reflexión propositiva desde el ecosistema del maestro y su relación multidimensional con la escuela. A la par, se propone una activación de los mecanismos epigenéticos del ser, dentro de su labor educativa para cambiar, conectar y resonar positivamente en la escuela. Finalmente, desde una mirada hermenéutica, se analizan seis casos de maestros innovadores que han logrado procesos de reflexión, proposición y transformación en la escuela, los cuales, permiten evidenciar procesos epigenéticos en educación.
