Whakarāpopototanga:This article presents the research carried out in a school of Zipaquirá, where it is intended to identify the factors of aggression and violence that affect its school life in order to make a pedagogical proposal that promotes the Culture of Peace. It started from the need of the institution and the requirement of educational laws, especially Law 1732/2014 that establishes the subject of Peace. For gathering information, it was used direct observation and surveys were applied to 35% of Eighth and Ninth graders students.
