Whakarāpopototanga:This article presents the thoughts about the implementation of the pedagogical process “Escuela de liderazgo para niñas y mujeres jovenes” applied with Bogotá public schools students during the second half of 2015. Its goal was to uplift the women’s civil responsibilities starting from their participation and leadership skills strengthening and the re-significance of the women – power relation. At the same time it promoted the action and politic influence and the decision making process of the female students in the schools peaceful coexistence at their own schools.
