Zusammenfassung:This article’s reflections are result of the qualitative analysis made from the speeches of a group of directors of Chilean schools, about the recently promulgated School Inclusion Law. One of the main findings of the research, carried out by the Continuing Education for Teachers Program (Chile), highlights the identification - by the directors - of the relevant actors when thinking about and planning inclusive schools, giving main emphasis on the role that fathers, mothers, and caregivers should play in this matter.
