Resumo:The document proposes a critical approach to the political tendencies that demarcate the teaching reality in Colombia from 2010 to 2018, integrated into the perspective of the teaching task under the theories of resistance. This makes it possible to visualize the strategies of political participation of teachers and the necessary discussion on teacher training within a more dialogical socio-economical and cultural framework between communities. Finally, it proposes the conditions to exercise teaching from a certain integral policy as a strategy of improvement that links the teaching being within the priorities of the political field.
