El presente artículo sugiere la praxis pedagógica como fundamento de los programas curriculares de formación de maestros en Colombia; por ello, se caracteriza el encuentro dialógico, entre los preceptos teóricos y el saber construido en el día a día de la escuela, desde un quehacer investigativo. De la misma forma, se propone la articulación entre escuela y universidad desde el saber didáctico curricular y el saber sobre la gestión escolar, en aras de consolidar el saber pedagógico de la profesión docente.
