Description
Résumé:This article deals with social regulation processes and teacher control, issues that tend to instrumentalize it, to fragment pedagogical practice and to institute the meritocracy which strengthens individualism. The theory of human capital guides the education policy by causing changes in the school, the teacher and the education goals, incorporating a language and business practices. But, in order to face this, some teacher networks in Bogotá break with this orientation, opt for the collective, embrace the territory, form political subjects and reflect on their work, among other proactive resistances.
