| Samenvatting: | The article presents some reflections and practices of the future biology teachers of the National Pedagogical University in relation to the environment and their teaching proposals at school. Understandings are positioned around the environment as a resource, biosphere, experience, natural capital, among others, weaving relationships with ecology, economics and politics. Similarly, environmental citizenships are important for the care and protection of the environment and nature. Finally, a different view is proposed from the environmental teaching and the experience of the subjects.
